Eric Lumsden

Eric Lumsden is a Postdoctoral Scholar researching the role of voltage-gated ion channels in the mechanisms that underlie adult neurogenesis, utilizing the neural pathways implicated in song production and learning in songbirds as a model. Prior to joining the Perkel laboratory, he was a graduate student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he studied the neurological effects of in utero pesticide exposure.
